Chef John Marston is excited about conducting these informal classes and sharing his experience with others. We'll provide knifes and aprons to assist your hands on preparation. Bring an appetite, because at the end of the class everyone sits down to enjoy the meal we have prepared. Wine and beer are available for purchase at all classes.

Class size is limited to eight. Classes are on Monday evenings from 6 to 8:30 PM and Saturday afternoon from 12 noon to 2:30 PM.

Participants get 10% off items purchased at Thyme to Cook on class day (with exceptions). Ask about special classes for groups up to eight. Cancellation and refunds are subject to 24 hours notice. Classes with less than 4 students will be cancelled and money will be returned.
